AVJennings - 50% Govt. Stamp Duty - Savings Apply

The Housing Construction Acceleration Plan (HCAP) commences 1 July 2009 and ends 30 June 2010. The HCAP provides a purchaser of a new home with a value not exceeding $600,000 with a 50% reduction in stamp duty. It is understood the HCAP applies to AVJennings completed homes and apartments priced $600,000 and below.The savings calculation of $11,245 has been taken from the NSW Housing Construction Acceleration Plan Fact Sheet printed from www.osr.nsw.gov.au on 4 January 2010.
