The NSW Government has introduced the NSW Home Builders Bonus which provides exemptions and concessions for certain purchases of land.
With the introduction of the NSW Government’s NSW Home Builder’s Bonus there has never been a better time to purchase a block of land at Seacrest. Eligible purchasers buying a vacant block of residential land on which to build their home, will pay no stamp duty on vacant land valued up to $400,000.
