The OwnPlace program is an innovative project that will see AVJennings and the Land Development Agency (LDA), ACT partnering together to provide affordable house and land packages, targeted at under $300,000, for sale in new LDA estates.
The first of these new homes will be located in Bridgewater at Franklin, ACT.
As this is a Government initiative to provide affordable housing, the sale of OwnPlace house and land packages will be available to those people who meet the eligibility criteria, as detailed in the Home Buyer Concession Scheme and set out in the LDA website.
Details of AVJennings new home and land packages will be available on the AVJennings website as soon as they are finalised.
