Finance

Arrange finance through bank/broker.

Soil test

Arrange soil test if required.
Ask AVJennings Sales Consultant about accessing the site to conduct a soil test if required.

Unconditional contract
|
Pay balance of deposit (If conditions of contact are met i.e. finance).

Settlement
|
Pay balance of purchase price.
Land title issued to customer.

House selection
|
Work with your builder to finalise house plans.

Covenant application
|
Complete covenant application form for construction of home and submit to AVJennings.

Construction
|
Once covenant application is approved proceed with chosen builder to construct your home.
