Effective 2 August 2010, AVJennings Properties Limited entered into an agreement with Sekisiu House Australia Holdings Limited for Sekisui House to acquire the AVJennings Contract Building operations. The arrangement permits Sekisui House the use of the AVJennings brand under licence, ownership remains with AVJennings Limited.
