We care for our community. AVJennings has been working closely with Camden Council regarding the common area maintenance of our Arcadian Hills community. 

We are delighted to inform our residents that all roads and street trees in the Completed Residential areas as well as Charles McIntosh Parkway and the Riparian Corridor, Historic Driveway and dam, detention basins along Olive Hill Drive and all children’s playgrounds and parks shown on the plan have been successfully handed over to Council for future maintenance to benefit our residents.

Please note that the basin at the intersection of Charles McIntosh Parkway and Bangor Terrace is still being maintained by AVJennings but will soon be handed over to Council.
