Construction on the latest Macarthur region neighbourhood kicked off in October 2016. The sod was turned at Evergreen - the neighbourhood by AVJennings coming to Spring Farm. Evergreen will comprise of 850 lots across 62ha. "AVJennings has had a long history in Sydney's south west having built three neighbourhoods here over the past 10 years" AVJennings NSW general manager George Diniakos said. "As one of the fastest growing regions in NSW, we are proud to continue our strong reputation in this area with Evergreen." Mr Diniakos praised the site's close proximity to Western Sydney University, Campbelltown and the future Badgery's Creek Airport. When complete, the community will consist of 2ha of open space, a community park and bicycle tracks. Camden Deputy Majoy Therese Fedeli also joined in the ceremony to mark the start of the estate.
