Great news for Eyre residents with school aged children with the announcement of a state of the art 'super-school' to be built in nearby Angle Vale.

The 14HA site will include a pre-school, primary and secondary schools suitable for up to 1,675 students, a gym, two ovals and an array of other outdoor courts. It will also boast a 300 seat theatre.

The school will be the closest public school to Eyre, being only a 10 minute drive away.

Dubbed 'the northern super-school' another similar school campus will be built in Aldinga in Adelaide's south.

The school is due to open for year 7 intake early 2022.
