St Clair land has passed the finishing post. 

AVJennings first started selling land at St Clair 8 years ago back in 2012. Half Woodville, half Cheltenham, the site was dry, dusty and barely a tree to be seen. Our first purchasers took a leap of faith in buying land to build their dream home in this new community located on the old Cheltenham Racecourse. Since then our little project has become a thriving community of more than 2,000 residents, a suburb in its own right, the St Clair train station has opened, a thriving local shopping centre built, thousands of trees, shrubs and grasses planted and an award winning water recycling system of lagoons and beautiful wetlands that has become a sanctuary for native birds and wildlife (and our residents too).

Although the land component has sold out, AVJennings still has some completed homes available, a collection of Townhomes homes under construction and plenty more Townhomes in the pipeline in some of the best locations across St Clair.
