The Lyndarum North | AVJennings team were delighted to be the major sponsor of the Whittlesea Community Festival again in 2018. This year’s festival, held at the Terrace Lawns of the council offices in South Morang, played host to local community performances and activities, food trucks, dancing, face painting, skate ramps, sustainability workshops, local producers and so much more!

The festival was built on the five verbs of make, move, eat, play and listen. Our team spent the day ‘making’ as one of these themes, with giant blocks for children to build (and knock over) a mini city or skyscraper of their own.

We also met many talented artists who got creative and colourful using giant stencils of our EnviroDevelopment Award icons, the Lyndarum North leaf and iconic River Red Gums to draw a collaborative piece of chalk art in-front of our marquee.

Thank you to everyone who joined us – we met so many new-faces and had a wonderful time ‘making’. We can’t wait to see you again at next year’s festival!
