What’s on in Whittlesea in October

There is always something happening at the City of Whittlesea. This tight-knit community offers plenty of fun activities all year round. Here we have listed just three of the exciting events happening in October.

FEASTIVAL - Saturday 20/10/18

Join the fun at the Thomastown Library for the annual ‘feastival’. Enjoy delicious Vietnamese food and a live demonstration of a mouthwatering Vietnamese dish. This is a fun chance to get out and meet some like-minded locals.

ROCKIN’ AT REDLEAP - Sunday 21/10/18

To kick off Children’s week, Redleap Reserve will transform into a giant playground. Let the kids run wild with plenty of activities to choose from including face painting, dancing, yoga for kids, magic shows and dancing.

VIVID DIWALI - FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS - Sunday 28/10/18

Celebrate Diwali, the festival of family with food, fireworks and fun. The festival will be complete with carnival rides, ponies, live music and dancing. Be sure not to miss the fireworks at 8:30pm!
