On Saturday the 10th of February, AVJennings celebrated the Grand Opening of the Somerford Sales and Information Centre, marking a significant milestone for our vibrant new community.

The event buzzed with community spirit as locals mingled with potential future residents who enjoyed sweet crepes, barista coffee, ambient live music and an array of family-friendly activities in the sunshine.

Amongst the crowd, we were delighted to spot some familiar faces – families who have already secured their future at Somerford and eagerly await the completion of their dream home in our wonderful community.

Somerford promises to be a place with heart, where families grow, children thrive and neighbours become friends. This event marks the beginning of a bright future for our residents and the surrounding community, as we strive to cultivate a strong sense of belonging and connection.
