Sales Associate

The role

As the Sales Associate at our Lyndarum North community located at Wollert, you will be responsible for providing a professional and friendly service as well as efficient and effective administration support during early stages of the sales process.

Lyndarum North is all about making connections and this is a safe, open and masterfully designed neighbourhood. 

Duties include:

• Welcoming visitors to the centre and providing information on homes and current promotions.
• Qualifying visitors to determine appropriate next steps.
• Assist with maintaining information on product availability, pricing and sales conditions.
• Carrying out general administrative tasks.

Skills & experience

The successful candidate must have exceptional communication and customer service skills, along with a high level of computer application skills and time management is required. Experience in house and land sales will be highly regarded.

A current Agents Representative certification and driver's licence is essential.
