AVJennings has been part of the Australian landscape for 85 years, building communities across Australia and New Zealand.

Sir Albert Victor Jennings founded the business back in 1932 and while so much has changed during that time, the core purpose and values of our company remain steadfast. We help people build brighter futures by creating communities they feel a part of.

Everyone wants to belong somewhere. The connection between our lives and the places we live is strong and complex. Our homes are central in our memories of growing up and growing old, of friends and family. That connection is uppermost in our minds when we begin designing communities. “What will it be like to live here one day?” is a question we ask ourselves of any new community we develop.
