2018 aims to be an exciting time at Evergreen, Spring Farm with over 200 new homesites to be delivered in both the South and East Villages.

Currently, Stages 2 and 5 are under construction within the South Village and these have anticipated registration dates of around mid-late 2018. The most recent Stage 5 land lot release features premium blocks from 400-520 square metres and are selling quickly. This is a prime opportunity to start building your dream home and become a part of a thriving community, speak to our sales consultant, Geraldine Foti, for more information on our current boutique lots.

Our first builds at Evergreen are also tracking well with our Renee Series 5 home, delivered in Partnership with the Steve Waugh Foundation, progressing nicely and scheduled for completion in August. The Renee will be for sale via ballot process, keep an eye on our community page for more information and events.

We have also commenced construction on eight new homes on Waterglass Street in addition to two more residences in the East Village and we expect these to be completed and ready for move-in towards the end of this year.
