Please join me in wishing Magnolia a very happy first birthday!

We were so excited to reach this important milestone a few months ago and see the neighborhood really taking shape.

Before we head off for the festive season we are pleased to deliver 12 new one-storey homes on Louisiana Road. We are also starting construction on a further ten homes, set to be complete by early next year. Civil works in Stage 3 have also started with 87 lots and two parks set to be delivered.

A great early Christmas present for Magnolia was receiving the development approval for Stage 4, with civil construction to begin in the New Year.
