For Richard and Nicole Bayly and their two young children from Auckland, New Zealand, it was settled over a cup of coffee. The Baylys were in a cafe near the real estate agency handling our Ara Hills community. While not actively looking to make a home move, it struck them that this place could give the lifestyle they loved, with a beautiful beach close by as well as a tranquil bushland setting for their home.
