At the end of a busy day, an oasis awaits...

Locals call Anise home.

The loyalty to the area is proving strong with recent purchasers hailing from surrounding suburbs in Albany Creek, McDowall and Chermside. Here Anise offers them an affordable, low-maintenance option; locals who may have grown up or raised a family within the Bridgeman Downs catchment can now continue to call it home.

A key selling point of Anise is the resident only amenity that really encourages its homeowners to take pride in the project’s characteristics, which are cleverly though-out within the project, giving Anise a sense of style and positioning not yet felt amongst its competitors in the area.

Centralising this focus is the almost complete ‘Rec Hub’ that includes a pizza oven with fireplace, a circular outdoor lounge setting, wooden day beds, BBQ and USB points.

Hamptons style picnic tables and seats, along with pot plants towering with lush greenery are some of the features to be installed in and around the under covered area, further contributing to the already established lap pool and landscaped gardens, which will be planted out with fragrant lavender, mint, hardy rosemary, basil and chilli. Finger lime and other citrus trees will also be plants in and around the adjoining spaces.

Recently the 'star anise' shaped sculpture was installed near the Rec Hub and will have the sensory herbs and plants sewed in and around the focus piece, centralising the theme of the project for residents to enjoy now and well into the future, establishing Anise as a place to fill the senses and lift the mood.

Welcome home to Anise, Bridgeman Downs.
