Developer AVJennings has completed construction on the first stage of its new Creekwood Central precinct, which features 31 double story architecturally designed townhomes at the centre of its established Creekwood community in Caloundra.

Creekwood Central is the latest community title precinct in Creekwood, appealing to home buyers seeking a low maintenance lifestyle, with the upkeep of all common gardens and landscaping included in low body corporate fees.
