AVJennings very own Eyre community was featured in a news article on Channel 7 news last night about the affordability and amenities in Adelaide's growing and regenerated outer northern suburbs.

Much of the filming was taken at Eyre, with Eyre residents Dannielle Gartner and Jess Mudie both being interviewed. Both gave great reasons to buy at Eyre and in the north. Affordability was important to Dannielle, whilst Jess loves the area for the local facilities and features it offers. "There's everything for young families" she said. About buying at Eyre and the north she also said "Just go for it!" Thanks Jess!

Eyre is already home to 1,000 residents, the Eyre District Sports Precinct, Eyre Shopping Village with Drake's Supermarket and specialty stores and numerous pocket parks. Eyre has plans for a new childcare centre, another 10 pocket parks and the regeneration of Smiths Creek complete with walking trails and dedicated bike paths.
