We’re thrilled to announce the winning submissions of our “I Love Lyndarum North” competition and share their wonderful winning entries with you.

1st Place - Daniel Tasevski

In 90 Words: We love Lyndarum North because of the sense of community. All our neighbours on our street and surrounding streets are so friendly and respectful. It makes living in this community effortless.

Our neighbour is our cousin which is fantastic as we have a great relationship with him.

We enjoy cutting the grass and maintaining our gardens like many of our neighbours. Our two boys always want to help with this, so we bought them a kids whipper snipper and lawnmower to play with (with gloves and safety glasses of course). 

Runner-up - Rasika Weerasinghe

In 95 Words: The main reason I bought land from Lyndarum North is the sales team of Lyndarum North. Serpil and Suzan were so helpful.

I moved to this friendly neighbourhood in 2022. My neighbours are so friendly and helpful even though we all are from different countries. It reminds me of my home country where people know and talk to all their neighbours.

My Kids really enjoy the big playground close to home that will help them to stay active outside. In addition to that, high school and primary school in proximity will be an additional benefit.
