What a year it has been at Waterline Place! We have had some major milestones this year with Gem apartments and Lysander townhomes being completed and new residents moving in. The precinct has become a strong connected community with the growing number of residents contributing to building a really special AVJennings community.

On Monday 9th December we hosted the Residents' Christmas Party at our local Porters restaurant. It was great celebrating Christmas with all the residents, with a wealth of food and drinks and lots of chatter between friendly neighbourly faces - illustrating just how connected the community is and welcoming of the new faces moving in.
