Proud GEM Purchaser

Hear from one of our excited GEM purchasers at Waterline Place.

“You can take me out in a box” were the words Kenneth chose when asked how long he was planning on living at Waterline Place for. With this declaration, the Western Australia history expert echoed the sentiment of many Williamstown residents, who find it easy to love the coastal paradise.

Relocating from a grand Victorian home with a large garden in Williamstown into an apartment may seem like a daunting prospect for many, but Kenneth and his wife found the decision a no-brainer.
“We wanted to downsize to something with less maintenance, so we thought it was time to find ourselves a nice unit.”

“Waterline Place ticked all the boxes, they were transparent with plans, the team was helpful, and my wife and I love the area.”

“What we had seen before didn’t seem right, we knew straight away that this was a better option for us and it came with a great view of Port Phillip Bay, so we found the decision pretty simple.” Kenneth said.

Mr and Mrs Edwards may end up bringing their own family and friends network with them when they move.

“My son and daughter-in-law are from Sydney, they came down and had a look and they’d comfortably live here. I know other people in our area who want to downsize so we’d recommend it to them as well.” Kenneth said.

Working part-time as a consultant, Kenneth travels all over Melbourne, so it was imperative for him to find a place where commuting wouldn’t be a problem. This was just another checklist item that suited the couple’s mandatories, with the CBD only 16km away.
