It is with great excitement that we announce a big milestone at at WaterlinePlace with the topping out, that is the final concrete pour, to complete the roof of the Empress Apartment building on 18 June. While only a handful of the project team was able to witness and enjoy the amazing view from the top on the day due to COVID-19 restrictions, it has been an ‘all of team’ effort!

Empress, the latest residential building to complement our well-connected community will stand 7 levels high and consist of 60 residences. Construction commenced late December 2019 with Arc3, a subsidiary of Buildcorp Commercial, the team that completed The Gem apartment building. The next phase of construction will be the interior fit outs before we welcome our first residents mid 2021. The building is already over 50% sold.
