We are pleased to announce that construction of the Gem apartments is tracking well.

Both AVJennings & Buildcorp have been working closely together to minimise any impact on the build program despite the presence of adverse weather conditions such as the recent rain and strong winds.

The team is very excited as the project is soon reaching a large milestone with the “topping out” of the structure, where the building reaches its maximum structural height.
