New Faces! 

Seymour Townhome purchasers Ben and Daniel were one of the first groups to buy their new home off the plan back in May 2018. Now complete, the boys made the big move in July. This is their second home, having moved from South Morang in Melbourne’s north. Ben and Daniel fell in love with Williamstown’s bayside location and spent many weekends enjoying the local amenity before deciding to buy at Waterline Place and make Williamstown their home.

Unlike Ben and Daniel our next profile resident Mary Barron, is very familiar with the charms of Williamstown. Mary is returning to where she knows best from Glen Waverly in Melbourne’s east, well and truly on the other side of the bridge. A completely different experience to the boys, Mary purchased a completed apartment in The Gem building in March this year and had moved in within just a couple of months.

Earlier this week we welcomed Melissa and Matt to Waterline Place who settled on their new Townhome on Monday. Like Ben and Daniel, Melissa and Matt purchased off the plan, opting for one of the larger three-storey homes in the Liley Townhome Collection which finished construction late July 2020. Already familiar with the Williamstown area having lived there for 15 years before relocating to Sydney, they now look forward to moving into their new, low maintenance home in an area they know and love.
