It's been a busy six months at Waterline...

An extended break over January and the multiple lockdowns due to Covid-19 couldn’t slow down construction at Waterline Place with the on-time completion of the Empress Apartments mid-June and the first batch of six Bower Residences almost complete. The remaining six Bower Residences will be finished early in the new financial year.

Ground works are underway for our latest release of Piper Townhomes & Lofts on Nelson Place whilst we are preparing the site for the upcoming Merchant Apartments between Aitken Street and Waterline Place.

Given the popularity of our Liley Townhomes which were completed and resided in mid last year we are now in the planning stages for a release of five townhomes on the other side of the Gem Apartment building fronting Cecil Street for early next year. We expect site works to start later this year.
