We're excited to announce that Waterline Place has been selected as a finalist in two categories of the UDIA Victoria 2021 Awards for Excellence!

The Bower townhomes has been short listed in the category of best Small Scale Development whilst our Empress apartment building has been shortlisted in the category of best High Density Development.

The Waterline Place community has been recognised by our peers in the past having won 'Best High Density Development 2019' for the Gem apartments, received a commendation for the Ellery Townhomes 2018 and the Liley Townhomes were shortlisted for best Small Scale Development in 2020. 

Judging will take place later this year with the winners being announced next year .
