The last remaining ‘turnkey homes’ will soon be released in the popular Evergreen community in Sydney’s Southwest, with hopeful home buyers encouraged to secure a completed home to jumpstart the new year.
The final release of 7 homes follows the recent acquisition of the community’s developer AVJennings by the award-winning AVID Property Group (AVID) in 2025.
The release of the Stellar Collection follows continued demand for land in the region with Spring Farm experiencing an above average annual growth at approximately 6.1 per cent1, compared to Australia’s 1.6 per cent2.
Evergreen has proved popular among first home buyers and young families looking to plant roots and AVID General Manager NSW Danny Boubli said this home release was perfect for buyers looking to prioritise long-term savings, retirement planning, downsizing and sustainability.
“The homes come move in ready with features like premium stainless-steel appliances, LED downlights and landscaping, with solid foam insulation, double-glazed window frames and galvanised steel frames creating a home that well exceeds national energy standards boasting a minimum 8-star NatHERS energy rating,” Mr Boubli said.
“Our priority is to create a home that will stand the test of time, partnering with leading home buyers in Australia, and as we welcome AVJennings into AVID, we’re proud to champion the remaining 7 homes available in the community.”
“Evergreen is perfectly positioned in the Southwest growth corridor offering residents a front row seat to the region’s infrastructure growth, including the soon-to-be-completed Western Sydney Airport and road and rail upgrades.
“When moving into a new development, particularly in a high growth area, there is typically a waiting period for nearby amenities, but as part of an already established neighbourhood, Evergreen residents can take advantage of robust infrastructure, transport links and amenities on the community’s doorstep – including schools, shops, a food precinct and abundant green space – from the day they move in.”
The release marks the last of the completed homes for the community, with the next release to be land only, allowing buyers to work with display village builders to custom-build homes design to suit individual needs
“Purchasing land and then building a home poses many benefits for families, including the opportunity to tailor the home to your family’s preferences and budgets, lower ongoing maintenance costs and if you’re a first home buyer in New South Wales, the opportunity to take advantage of the First Home Buyers Assistance Scheme and save on stamp duty,” Mr Boubli said.
