Builders are showing strong support for Ara Hills with nearly 70% of stage one sites sold to builder partners.

Stage One of our newest community will provide 142 new homes, mostly three-bedroom or four-bedroom, standalone family homes priced from $800,000.

Our design guidelines and masterplan approach - similar to the process we have applied at our Hobsonville Point precincts - has been embraced by builder partners.

Ara Hills will feature hamlets – clusters of new homes (stand-alone homes, terrace homes and apartments) – offering many designs to suit a variety of lifestyles - within green spaces and open space areas.
