💗 "I Love Cadence" Competition Winner Announced!

We’re delighted to announce the winners of our “I Love Cadence” competition - congratulations to Divya, Jinoy and their family! 🏆

Their heartfelt story captured exactly what makes the Cadence community so special, and we’re thrilled to welcome them as some of our newest residents.

Here’s what they shared with us:

“We became a part of the Cadence family earlier this year and are so happy to have found our dream home. When we began searching for our first home, Jinoy, who delivers with Uber Eats, suggested Ripley after exploring many parts of Ipswich. After meeting Deepa from AVJennings and discovering Cadence, we instantly fell in love with the community and the lot we chose.

Cadence struck the perfect balance: peaceful living with easy access to everything we need - schools, shops, parks, walking trails, and more. The community is beautifully designed, and our neighbours are friendly and respectful. As a working couple, we especially appreciate the quiet, calm nights.
