Construction progress at Riverton.

We went up in a helicopter recently to capture some of what’s going on - check out the video below.

We are starting construction on some lovely new 4 & 5-bedroom homes in Stage 2C, including 14 of our own AVJennings homes which will be released to the market in early 2023. Keep your eyes peeled for more information on those. Earthworks on Stage 4 is also now underway, with a selection of lots to be released to the market soon.

You'll also see a bird's eye view of our protected Melaleuca irbyana habitat and Imagine Early Learning Centre under construction and scheduled to open next year.
