New Local School Coming Soon

We’re excited to share that the State Government has announced plans for a new public high school, set to open in 2028.

Located directly opposite our Eyre community, at the corner of Petherton and Andrews Road, this state-of-the-art, architecturally designed school will cater to students from Years 7 to 12.

With capacity for up to 1,300 students, the school will play a key role in supporting the region’s growing population.

Construction is expected to commence later this year.
