Stage 17 Construction Update

Exciting progress is underway in Stage 17 at Eyre, with construction moving forward as scheduled.

Earthworks have now been completed across all 63 residential lots, along with the expansive 6.5-hectare park reserve at the heart of this stage. Sewer works are currently progressing well, and water infrastructure installation began in early May.

Stage 17 remains on track for completion in October, with title registration anticipated in November. Purchasers can look forward to settlements commencing December, just in time for summer.

Adding to the appeal of this release is the planned 6.5-hectare park, set to become a major feature of the community. AVJennings is working closely with their Landscape Architect to develop three exciting park concepts, which will first be presented to Council. Shortly after, residents will have the opportunity to vote on their preferred park theme, ensuring the final design reflects the needs and desires of the community.
