Eyre community update.

In the challenging times we have faced this year, we have been forging ahead at Eyre with new stages complete and new releases brought to market. Here is a summary of what has been happening at Eyre over this half of the year.

The Parkside collection of four, four bedroom single storey homes released in July are looking stunning with three now complete and the last one due for completion in 2021. These homes are located around the Burke Circuit pocket park and have great views and access of the park. There are only two beautiful Parkside homes left, so get in quick!

Construction has commenced on our latest Dawn release (Stage 3C1), a limited release of seven three-bedroom single-storey homes.

Four of the homes are located on Edward John Parade between Baxter Avenue and Stebonheath Road and three are located along Erskine Drive. These homes are a great value option with all the features and benefits included. There are a limited number for purchase off the plan that are eligible for the HomeBuilder grant.

We haven't just been focusing on homes at Eyre, we've also completed construction on our latest land release Explorer (Stage 4A2) featuring 23 titled lots located on Petherton Road and President Avenue.

The lots are close to existing and future parks and are ready to build on. With only a handful of titled lots to choose from they won't last long and are also eligible for the HomeBuilder grant.
