Aerial footage and construction update.

Having had a fairly dry winter in Melbourne, construction onsite at Lyndarum North has progressed nicely over the past few months.

Here's a summary of our key updates:

• Marigold, Stage 14 and Violet, Stage 15 have titled and settled

• Azure, Stage 16 is progressing well with road boxing and sewer now complete

• Rose, Stage 17 has completed bulk earthworks and sewer and drainage is well underway

• Sienna, Stage 18 has commenced bulk earthworks
