Construction update: December 2023.

We are pleased to share some exciting news about the progress we've made at Somerford over the past few months. The site has been buzzing with activity and we have achieved some significant milestones.

Key updates include:

Stage 1 civil works are complete and all Stage 1 land lots have officially titled.

Design and documentation for Stage 2 civil works are well underway and works are anticipated to commence in 2024.

The Sales and Information Centre is open by appointment and we look forward to hosting an official opening early in the new year.

Construction of Stage 1 AVJennings turnkey homes is anticipated to commence in 2024. This will include two stunning display homes.
