AVID completes acquisition of AVJennings.

THURSDAY 14 AUGUST: AVID Property Group (AVID) has completed its acquisition of AVJennings Limited, officially bringing one of Australia’s most recognisable residential developers for more than 90 years under the AVID banner.

The move significantly increases AVID’s national footprint to 69 projects, with its portfolio now including approximately 16,000 residential land blocks and a gross revenue pipeline of $7 billion.

AVID CEO Cameron Holt said “this is a landmark moment for AVID. The AVJennings acquisition adds real weight to our business, expanding our capabilities and expertise, increasing our pipeline of projects, and building on the strong market foundations both businesses have cultivated for decades.”

AVJennings Limited is now a division of AVID Property Group Holdings and will be officially delisted from the ASX on Friday 15 August 2025.
