Groundbreaking Ceremony: Prosper, Kogarah NSW.

We are pleased to announce the official commencement of construction on our newest apartment development, Prosper, located in Kogarah, NSW. To celebrate this milestone, a ground-breaking ceremony was held on March 9th, attended by key project partners, including builder Nazero, project management team Highgate and architect Smith & Tzannes.

The 11-storey apartment building will feature 55 apartments, including 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms designs, as well as 4 serviced apartments, and a ground floor retail space. Prosper will also offer a beautifully landscaped communal rooftop garden for residents to enjoy, with stunning views of the city skyline and Botany Bay.

Construction is expected to be completed by early 2025.
