Cadence is less than 3 kilometres from the $1.5 billion masterplan Ripley Town Centre, which is expected to generate up to 20,000 jobs over the coming years and will be developed to include a range of retail, dining, healthcare and education, commercial, specialty services, entertainment and sporting facilities. 

Ripley Town Centre is easily accessed via either the Centenary or Cunningham Highway, and will be serviced by the planned Ripley bus route and future rail. Completion of the centre is expected in 2036.
