Simply refer a friend or family member to purchase an apartment at Waterline Place. When they complete their purchase you will receive an eGift card and your friend or family member will receive the choice of a rebate or eGift card up to the same value – it's our way of saying thank you! 

The value will vary depending on the product type purchased by the referee:

• 1 bed apartment - $5,000 each way, total of $10,000 in rewards.
• 2 bed apartment - $10,000 each way, total of $20,000 in rewards.
• 3 bed apartment - $15,000 each way, total of $30,000 in rewards.
